UNS beloved and UMS. However, UMS is unable to attend the Raker. So, SIM is the only representative of Surakarta ... yei yei .. One of the conditions required to follow the retreat is to make the essay with a theme that has been determined for each university. SIM had the theme of water and sustainable agriculture. Having to make this essay, I was studying agricultural problems. Ranging from rice to pests. I also learned the difference between plants and vegetation. Anyway both of them to show the position of living things as producers. Initially confused also want to make anything. Although I was a child but the problem of art biological farming is not much I know. After registration, we transfer to an existing boarding house near the campus. We are a boarding house with a delegation from the UGM.
The event on Saturday, starting with gymnastics together. Around five-thirty in the morning the three of us and a delegation from the UGM 2012 has been prepared with passion for gymnastics. But we were the first participants arrive and take a long time to wait for the others .. rada crickets .. crickets .. we were introduced to gymnastics conservation. His job is meilih an essay that will be discussed further. After the selected essays that feels best, these essays are then discussed to make it better and made the research proposal that will be taken to IPB. A second group followed the retreat to discuss the agenda ILP2MI. One was a large agenda to be held is a national seminar held at UNY. After discussing the agenda ILP2MI continued by discussing the national agenda of each SME research and reasoning are present. Then proceed to discuss the university that has a SME research and reasoning, but have not joined the ILP2MI. So for every delegate in attendance, was tasked to assess the University who have not joined in ILP2MI and report to the Regional Coordinator III. Namely UKMP UNNES. There is a very interesting time of the retreat. ISI Yogyakarta there are participants from the new scholarship has the SMEs and the Raker Act. ISI Yogyakarta was the first memili SMEs scholarship. Personally I'm glad there are children who also take part in an art scholarship. One of them said, joined UKM scholarship because she did not know since when art and science into something different. So he wanted to show that art can also be scientific. (That's about .. hehe ..) I could not agree with him. For me the art and science are not two things that should stand alone. But the two are complementary. The beautiful art of making science, art and science of making it purposeful. Artists and scientists are not the ones who always have their world. All have advantages that can be mutually reinforcing. The artist is not a quirky weirdos and scientists are not old-fashioned and stiff. I like to have an artist friend.
